Daily Essentials - Magnesio

I was skeptical about gummies for post-workout recovery, but the vegan formula is gentle on my stomach and the energy boost actually lasts through my afternoon slump. The texture is pleasantly chewy, not chalky like some other supplements I've tried.

These little gummies have quietly fixed my afternoon slump—I actually get through the post-lunch fog without reaching for a third coffee. They're vegan which was a must for me, and the texture’s way more pleasant than the chalky capsules I used to choke down.

Took these after my evening workouts and the muscle heaviness that usually lingers into the next day just isn't as noticeable anymore. The gummy texture is soft and chewy, not like those chalky tablets I've tried before. Really glad I switched.
